I guess the idea for this blog started when a good friend challenged me to take photos of flowers in my yard (or a friend's yard) every day for a week and then posting them to his blog.
Then I got to thinking about having my own blog where I could post my photos all year round. It got me thinking that I could also post my "green" tendencies and the facts that I learn about "going green" and environmental issues.
For the most part, I want this to be a fun, but factual blog. I hope you enjoy learning about going green and then try just one of the ideas or thoughts presented here and applying them to your own life.
No, all the changes I make in my life to go green aren't going to change the climate or make a dramatic impact on the environment. However, I do believe that if we all do our part that we can only make the situation better for future generations.

P.S. Here's the most recent flower photo that I uploaded to my friend's blog (http://dactylmanor.org/blair/zero/2008/04/17/i-dare-you/) http://i303.photobucket.com/albums/nn137/damascusgrl/Crocus2008.jpg
